Voting is now live for ‘The People’s Choice’ award, Best Bar None Torquay’s public vote.

Throughout the summer licensed premises who have taken part in the scheme have been assessed and accredited as a Best Bar None venue.

Supported by the Home Office, Best Bar None is a nationwide scheme which promotes responsible management and operation of alcohol licensed premises.

On 28th November those premises who have been accredited in the local scheme’s second year will hold an awards ceremony where venues will be recognised in various categories.

The 9 premises nominated for The People’s Choice Award are The Green Ginger, No. 7 Wine Bar, Offshore, Pier Point, Prestige, Revolution, Rock Garden, Shiraz and Yates.

‘The People’s Choice’ award sponsored by SHOT BY ROB gives customers the opportunity to vote for their favourite venue via on online poll.

The Torquay trade-led scheme is actively supported by industry partners including Bays Brewery, Carlsberg, Torbay Council, Devon & Cornwall Police, Torbay Street Pastors and SHOT BY ROB.
